We want you to enjoy your Gospel Girlies merchandise. Please review the following policy before completing your purchase.
Final Sale
All Gospel Girlies merchandise sales are final.
Gospel Girlies does not generally accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
Size Exchanges
We understand that sometimes a size may not work as expected.
A size exchange may be requested within 7 days of confirmed delivery, provided that the merchandise is:
Unworn
Unwashed
Unused
Unaltered
Free from stains, odors, damage, or other signs of wear
In its original condition
Size exchanges are subject to product and size availability and are not guaranteed until approved.
Do not send merchandise back without first contacting Gospel Girlies and receiving exchange instructions.
For an approved size exchange that is not the result of an error by Gospel Girlies, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the original item and any applicable shipping costs associated with sending the replacement item.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your merchandise arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact Gospel Girlies at gospelgirlies.media@gmail.com within 7 days of confirmed delivery.
Please provide your order information, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the problem.
If the issue is confirmed, Gospel Girlies will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, at no additional shipping cost to the customer.
Items Not Eligible for Exchange
Merchandise is not eligible for a size exchange if it has been worn, washed, used, altered, stained, damaged after delivery, or otherwise shows signs of wear.
Requests made more than 7 days after confirmed delivery may also be ineligible.
Refund Processing
When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method where possible. Financial institutions and payment processors may require additional time to post an approved refund.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund results from a damaged, defective, or incorrect item or otherwise required by law.
